Meet The Royal Nanny Co
Hi, I’m Leighton Cobb, the founder of The Royal Nanny Co. I’m 30 years old. I’ve called Florida home for the past two years and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
In my free time, you’ll find me exploring local coffee shops, visiting farmers markets, or spending time with my little sister. I’ve been a nanny for over eight years, working in a variety of childcare settings, and for the past two years, I’ve specialized in theme park nannying. I absolutely fell in love with helping families create joyful memories on vacation, especially since visiting Disney is one of my favorite childhood memories!

I am currently a 1st grade teacher and absolutely love my job! I have worked with kids for most of my life! I have babysat since I was a teenager, use to work at an Early Learning Center in college, and serve with kids elementary to high school at church. So I have experience with kids from infants all the way up to teenagers! I love spending time at the parks just walking around or sitting and doing my favorite hobby which is reading, I love a good book! I love watching a show and finding all the good snacks at the parks too! In my free time I love to go out and find new coffee shops, book stores or you can find me on a pickleball court! I cannot wait to help create such magical memories for families, just like Disney has been such a magical part of my life since I was a little girl!

I am studying elementary education to become a teacher, and absolutely love working with children. I have been working with kindergarten to 4th grade students over the past three years in elementary school settings within volunteering and teaching internships. I also work weekly with the toddlers at my church as a Sunday School Teacher. Fun fact, I have been going to Disney since I was a baby and know all the ins-and-outs of the theme parks!

With years of experience—from interning as an Early Childhood Coordinator to volunteering with infants through 6th graders—I specialize in turning "theme park stress" into "vacation magic." Whether it’s finding the best shady snack spots or lead-managing playtime, I’m here to ensure your family has the most magical, stress-free Disney day ever! 🏰✨

I’m a Disney-loving girl who’s passionate about spreading the love and magic of Disney vacations to every family I work with. As a Florida local, I know the parks like the back of my hand. I’m currently majoring in Accounting, which adds a strong sense of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail to my caregiving style. I’ve spent years babysitting (newborns-teenagers) and pet-sitting, giving me well rounded experience in busy household environments. My goal is to create a stress free, joyful experience where parents can relax and kids can fully soak in the magic of every moment.
