Booking & Cancellation Policy

Hotel Watch • Park Fun • Royal Wedding Watch • Date Night

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date, time, and nanny.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to your scheduled service.
Cancellations:
- Cancel more than one week before your trip to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within one week of your trip will result in the loss of your deposit.

Please note: Bookings made within one week of your service require full payment at the time of booking.

Payments & Refunds

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, depending on your payment method.

Hours of Operation

We’re available daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
If you’d like care outside of our standard hours, we’re happy to accommodate with a $10 per hour after-hours rate.

Holiday Rates

We love celebrating special moments with your family!
A $15 per hour holiday rate applies for the following major holiday.

Travel fees may apply depending on your location & service.
